Alan Cooper Estates are the highest rated estate agents in Nuneaton.

Alan Cooper Estates are delighted to announce that they too are a WINNER IN THE EA MASTERS BEST ESTATE AGENT GUIDE 2024 – the highest rating in estate agency and only awarded to the top 5% of estate agencies in the UK.

Following our Gold Award for Nuneaton in the British Property Awards 2023, we have followed this up with a Silver Award for the whole of the West Midlands.

We were delighted to win another Gold Award in the EA Masters Best Estate Agent Guide for Sales 2023.

This latest Award is only presented to the top 5% of estate agencies in the UK. We are absolutely delighted to attend the prestigious EA Masters event in London during November.

As a proud Member Firm of The Guild of Property Professionals, Alan Cooper Estates form part of the Best Agency Network at the ESTAS Estate Agent Awards 2023.

The past few years have taken us on a journey that no-one could have anticipated, presenting us all with unexpected challenges which have been met with determination and the ever-present stoicism for which our nation is renowned.

Just as property buyers and sellers have had a massive “re-think” on life and work regime – so has Estate Agency had to accommodate the insatiable appetite for these lifestyle changes whilst keeping customer and staff health and safety a priority.

In such a busy property market, these awards are no mean feat and we shall strive to maintain our first-class status in the world of Estate Agency – equivalent to an Oscar in the film industry or a Michelin Star for a restaurant!
